Ocasso Mobilya, a furniture maker in İnegöl, Turkey, and part of Meran Holding, started a Workcube digital transformation project in 2023. Processes from finance to production and from sales to HR at six holding companies move onto Workcube, and Workcube e-Furniture is being implemented. Workcube partner Gramoni manages the project.
The project
Ocasso Mobilya, part of the Turkey-based Meran Holding, runs production and R&D at its factory in İnegöl, a furniture-making centre in Turkey, and sells its designs to consumers through its own stores across the country.
The kick-off meeting of the Ocasso Digital Transformation Project has taken place. The project aims at end-to-end digitalisation of six Meran Holding companies on Workcube, a Turkish ERP platform. It is managed by Gramoni Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş., a Turkey-based Workcube partner, working together with the client's own project team.
Scope
- Modules of the Workcube All-In-One solution are being rolled out.
- Ocasso's processes and operations, from finance to production, sales to purchasing and logistics to HR, move onto Workcube.
- Workcube e-Furniture, Workcube's vertical solution for the furniture industry, is being implemented.
- Customer-facing B2B portals for dealers and for after-sales service are being set up on Workcube.
When the project is complete, Ocasso will run its business, from employees and stores to dealers and customers, on one central platform.
We describe how we implement Workcube on our Workcube ERP consulting page; what we offer this sector is on the furniture industry page.
